Really? It had to be her

One day a teenager named Lui T. Dragonclaw who had a quite standard life in an average home on the East Bay. In this home, it was entirely different than you could imagine when you walk in, it just screams goth. If you looked around the house, you would realize it was an utter mess beyond its first cluttered appearance. Lui’s parents where never home and let him take care of himself for the most part. This was probably why it looked like a comic convention along with a coder convention was held year-round inside the Dragonclaw house. Lui was often alone and hated to be disturbed, primarily when he was in his room coding his video game about Dragons and Warlocks.

It was an average Sunday night other than the part of his parents coming home and making dinner. When he smelled the kitchen from inside his room, the inferences that his parents have something they want to tell him, that he would not like. Eventually, he came to terms with himself and decided that whatever it was he could handle the bad news. When he chose this, he walked out of his room that was more of a den full of comics and dirty clothes. When he walked out, he immediately started to ask questions about what is going on and why they are cooking one of his favorite meals.

His parents explained to him that they had some big news. They started to explain that for the past few months they had been thinking about getting Lui a pet dog to keep him more active and to make him more mature. After they finished there a quite long and wrong explanation, they told him that they got him a pet Border Collie named Sadie. They then explained to him that Sadie was a puppy and that she needed extensive care.

Before they could continue to explain why they got her, he screamed at the top of his lungs at them for getting him a dog. He was the type of person who did not want a pet and would do anything not to have one.

Once this happened, they apologized about not telling him, but they said that she was already his and that he had to keep her. He eventually after about ten minutes agreed on having her even though he did not have a choice.

A few days after he met his puppy he was fed up. It was even messier than he liked and licked him constantly. Another thing he noticed was that Sadie was chewing on his furniture and sitting on his feet as well as the computer keyboard.

When he imagined a dog, he envisioned a lap dog that was lazy like him, not a dog that needs to be walked for an hour each day. As he kept the dog, she got worse and worse. By the end of three months he was so fed up with Sadie he closed the door with Sadie on the other side. A few minutes after he shut it she opened it and came in like a stampeding bull. When the dust from the dirty room cleared, he saw his computer was broken, and he screamed.

The next morning both of his parents were home because it was there day off, so he decided to make a Pros and Cons list to show his parents. Once he was done, it was very outnumbered no Pros but about 15 Cons. He went out to prove his parents the list, and when he did, he realized he got attached to Sadie. Maybe it had something to do with the warm cuddles she gave, or the licks to wake him up. So instead of showing the record he just went out and said “Really? It had to be Her.”
